How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes between 2-4 weeks. Most orders are received within 10-15 days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-7 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.  Please read our "World Wide Shipping" column for further information about international shipping times and terms.

How much does the shipping cost?
This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. We offer free shipping on all our retail products. (Free shipping does not apply for free products)

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…be sure they are on their way :)

Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Are the "FREE" items really free?
YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is $0.00 :)

What is your return policy?
We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. We know you'll love the quality of our products, so please feel confident in placing your order today. You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us for return instructions. (not applicable on free+shipping products)

Can I Get Refund On Free + Shipping Offers?

Note:  Free Offers/Giveaways - Any "Free + Shipping" offers must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Free items are non-refundable once shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
